Product Description

GCK low-voltage draw-out switchgear is composed of two parts: power distribution center (PC) cabinet and motor control center (MCC). It is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises as AC 50Hz, maximum working voltage to 660V, maximum working current to 3150A distribution system. As power distribution, motor control, lighting and other power distribution equipment for power conversion and distribution control.

Product characteristics

This series of products has the advantages of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, advanced and reasonable structure, practical electrical scheme and series. Strong versatility, any combination of various scheme units, a cabinet to accommodate more circuits, save floor space, beautiful appearance, high protection level, safe and reliable, easy maintenance and other advantages.

This product conforms to IEC 439 NEMAICS 2-22 standard, also conforms to GB 7251.2005 "Low voltage Switchgear Assembly" national standard and ZBK 36001 "Low voltage withdrawable switchgear Assembly" professional standard.


Environmental conditions of use

The altitude does not exceed 2000m.

The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40C, and the average temperature within 24h is not higher than +35C, and the ambient air temperature is not lower than -50C.

Atmospheric conditions: The air is clean, the relative humidity does not exceed 50% at the temperature of +40C, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at the temperature of lower temperatures, for example: 90% at +20C.

There is no danger of fire, explosion, serious contamination, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.

Tilt not more than 5° from the vertical plane.

This product is suitable for transport and storage at the following temperature :-25C~+55C, and not more than +70C in a short time (not more than 24h).

Structural feature

The basic cabinet frame of this series of products is a combination assembly structure. All the structural parts of the cabinet frame are connected to each other by fastening screws to form a basic frame, and then a complete switch cabinet is assembled with doors, baffle plates, drawers, mounting brackets, bus bars and electrical components as required. This cabinet has the following features:

1. The frame is made of shaped steel, the use of three-dimensional Angle plate positioning, and the bolted welded structure to avoid welding deformation and stress, and improve the installation accuracy.

2. The mounting holes of the frame and components are changed according to the modulus E=20mm.

3. The internal structural parts are galvanized, and the external parts are coated with electrostatic epoxy powder after pickling and phosphating.

4. In the power center (PC) inlet cabinet, the top is the horizontal bus area, the lower part of the horizontal bus area is the circuit breaker room, the circuit breaker can be configured with domestic DWI5C, ME and other series, and can also be configured according to user needs of various circuit breakers produced by foreign electric companies, such as :ABB F series circuit breakers and intelligent circuit breakers.

5. The motor control center (MCC) switch cabinet has two kinds of wall installation and non-wall installation. Its top is the horizontal bus area. Below the horizontal bus area is a drawer function

Unit area, the width of the area is 600mm, the height of the installation drawer function unit area is 1840mm.

6. The drawer function unit and the door are mechanically interlocked by the operating mechanism of the main switch. When the main switch is in the closing position, the door cannot be opened and the operating mechanism can be locked in the closing or opening position with an external padlock. The functional unit compartment is separated by a metal plate, and the drawer has good interchangeability and has a working position, a test position and a separation position. When the drawer is pushed to a certain position, the drawer is automatically positioned, and the drawer on the left can be pulled to remove the positioning. Entering the next position, the drawer is also equipped with anti-fall function when it is drawn out of the cabinet.

7. The cabinet of the fixed solution such as capacitance compensation and measurement has the same appearance and the same horizontal bus position with the drawer cabinet, so as to ensure that the draw-type and fixed cabinet can be used side by side.

8. The bus of the bus system cabinet adopts the three-phase five-wire system, and the single bus is used when the rated current of the horizontal bus is 1250A and below. When the rated current of horizontal bus is above 1250A, double bus is used. The horizontal bus bars between cabinets are lapped by connecting blocks, the vertical bus bars are closed by polycarbonate engineering plastic shell, and the internal partition is used to limit arc diffusion. The neutral bus bar is arranged at the front of the cabinet top, and the protective bus bar (PE) is arranged at the bottom of the cabinet, and is connected with the partition board and door of the cabinet, thus ensuring ground continuity.

9. Under the condition of not reducing the protection level of the shell, the bottom and top of the switch cabinet are provided with natural ventilation Windows.

10. The protection grade of the cabinet shell is IP40.
