Structural characteristics

XL-21 type low-voltage power distribution cabinet is closed, the shell is made of steel plate bending, the knife switch operation handle is installed in the upper right column in front of the box, which can be used as a power switch. A voltmeter is installed in front of the distribution box to indicate the voltage of the bus bar. There is a door in front of the distribution box. After the door is opened, all the equipment in the distribution box is open for easy maintenance. The distribution box adopts domestic self-designed components, with compact structure, easy maintenance, line scheme can be flexibly combined and so on. In addition to air circuit breakers and fuses for short circuit protection, the distribution box is also equipped with contactors and thermal relays, and the front door of the box can be equipped with operation buttons and indicators.

Ambient temperature :-5C to +40C, and the average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed +35C.

Altitude: No more than 2000m.

Relative humidity: not more than 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40C; At lower temperatures there can be a higher relative humidity (e.g. 90% at +20C), allowing for moderate condensation taking into account the change in temperature.

The inclination between the device and the vertical plane should not exceed 5°.

The equipment should be installed in a place free from violent vibration, shock, and corrosion.
